1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the kiriya 88 website and platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kiriya 88 platform.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and kiriya 88 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements whether written or oral. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of kiriya 88 services — including sports betting, live casino, and payment functions — you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account security:
- Accurate information: You must provide truthful, complete, and current information when registering. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or bKash/Nagad number — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- One account per person: Each individual may hold only one kiriya 88 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Suspected duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended, and any associated bonuses forfeited.
- Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. - Account verification: kiriya 88 may request identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, or utility bill — at any time, and in particular before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time will result in account suspension.
kiriya 88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that it reasonably believes has been opened or is being used in breach of these registration conditions, without prior notice and without any obligation to return funds where a breach has been confirmed.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
kiriya 88 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the kiriya 88 platform:

- Currency: All transactions on kiriya 88 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). kiriya 88 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion charges are the player's responsibility.
- Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad before 8:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on business days are targeted for same-day processing. kiriya 88 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
- Matched payment methods: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. kiriya 88 may request confirmation that the withdrawal account belongs to the registered account holder before processing.
- Transaction limits: kiriya 88 may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section.
- No third-party payments: You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party bKash numbers, Nagad accounts, or bank accounts not belonging to you are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
kiriya 88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Any applicable fees will be disclosed in the Cashier section before you confirm a transaction.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
kiriya 88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:
- Opt-in: Most bonuses at kiriya 88 require an explicit opt-in. By claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the full terms of that promotion.
- Wagering requirements: All kiriya 88 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account without compensation.
- One bonus per player: Unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise, each eligible player may claim each kiriya 88 promotion only once. Using duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses is a breach of these Terms.
- Bonus abuse: kiriya 88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover bonus funds — and any winnings derived from them — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, including through collusion, use of automated software, or exploitation of a technical error.
- Right to modify: kiriya 88 may withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been accepted by a player, kiriya 88 will honour the terms as they stood at the time of acceptance, except where fraud or abuse is suspected.

6 Betting & Casino Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and casino activities conducted through the kiriya 88 platform. Game-specific rules are published within each individual game or market and form part of these Terms by reference.
- Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by kiriya 88. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation within the platform. kiriya 88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion.
- Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or obvious pricing error, kiriya 88 reserves the right to void any affected bets. Winnings paid in error will be reclaimed from your account balance.
- Live betting: Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any point during an event. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it stands regardless of subsequent market suspension — except where a void or cancellation applies under the applicable event rules.

- Jurisdiction of results: For sporting events, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (for example, ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, or BPL organising committee for Bangladesh Premier League matches) shall be the final result for settlement purposes, unless otherwise stated in the market rules.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process.
- Opening or operating more than one kiriya 88 account.
- Using the kiriya 88 platform for any money laundering activity or to facilitate any illegal financial transaction.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the kiriya 88 platform, including for the purpose of placing bets.
- Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the kiriya 88 platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error are not legitimate and will be voided.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
- Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus exploitation that is intended to extract value from promotions without genuine risk.
- Accessing the kiriya 88 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing any restriction.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing kiriya 88 staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your kiriya 88 account to another person.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
kiriya 88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kiriya 88 will complete its review as promptly as reasonably possible. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any available balance returned. If a breach is confirmed, kiriya 88 may permanently close the account and forfeit any balance in accordance with these Terms.

Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding breaches, your remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the kiriya 88 platform — including but not limited to the kiriya 88 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data — is the exclusive property of kiriya 88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kiriya 88 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the kiriya 88 platform without prior written consent.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any kiriya 88 content or software.
- Use the kiriya 88 brand name, logo, or trade marks in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, damage the brand's reputation, or suggest endorsement by kiriya 88 without explicit written permission.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the kiriya 88 platform using automated means.

10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiriya 88 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes.
- Interruption or unavailability of the kiriya 88 platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
- Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
- Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in odds, market information, or game results displayed on the platform where such error does not result in a void bet under Section 6.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit kiriya 88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11 Responsible Gaming
kiriya 88 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among all players in Bangladesh. We provide a suite of player-protection tools that can be accessed from the Account → Responsible Gaming section of the platform at any time:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately upon activation.
- Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period. Once reached, further play is paused until the limit period resets.
- Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a defined period of continuous play to help you keep track of time spent on the platform.
- Cooling-off period: Take a temporary break from the kiriya 88 platform for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.

Any bets placed or casino games played prior to the effective date of an amendment remain subject to the version of the Terms in force at the time of that activity.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
